nasdaq trading?

Question by stockjunkie: nasdaq trading?
The nasdaq is an electronic exchange… unlike the nyse. is it possible to trade shares on the nasdaq (like a large amt) without doing it electronically… like ppl speaking on the fone and making a deal??? (and then maybe electronically trade it between the two parties)?
